Step 1: Book a meet and greet call

Book a free 30 minute Meet and Greet phone call! During this call we'll briefly discuss your health concerns, the process of working with me and see if we're a good fit to work together!

Step 2: Book your initial visit

During this 90 minute visit, we'll discuss your concerns in more detail, review your medical history, order necessary labs and customize your wellness plan.

Step 3: Schedule your follow up visit

During these 60 minute visits we'll review labs, check in on how you're feeling and change the your wellness plan based on your progress and needs.

Insurance and Fees

I accept Regence, Premera, and Lifewise insurance plans. If you have an insurance that I'm not contracted with I'm happy to provide you with the necessary forms so you can submit them for reimbursement.

 

Before your first visit I recommend calling your insurance and verifying that they cover naturopathic care.

As a naturopathic doctor I am unable to contract with Medicare. I am not contracted with Medicaid or WA Apple Health.
